All this affects employees health and some of my friends got addicted to smoking due to stress and some had to take hypertension medicines regularly. The job security work culture is biased towards the manager who do nothing but yell at team members and get the job done. Compensation is the only thing that can keep you here. India based people management not good. Lacks leadership qualities and more bossy. I work in Technology domain, looking after IT infrastructure and it's security products.

Promotions are very difficult and people coming from outside are given roles which they may not be suitable sometimes.

Likes Office, Benifts and Perks are good , lot of leaves,30days notice period,job security. Dislikes Long working hours in almost all projects what I heard, Timings are from 12 to 9, but it will be 12 to 12 daily , work wise there won't be hands on much but just to maintain all frameworks that will do all parts, and strict timelines and they think it's simple and can be completed before timelines ,but practically it takes more time and you have to work continuously without a small break to complete.
