On the confirmation page in the information on top it should state how many transfers you have. For every 2 years you've been on Neopets, you get an extra transfer. I have an account that's 6 years old, so it gets 4 transfers a month. TNT really does need to update their pound page. You do indeed have 2. I believe with every 2 years, it increases by 1 transfer.
